The fund seeks to offer a buffer against the first 10% of losses on large-cap U.S. equity exposure while providing a predetermined digital return if the underlying equity index appreciates, remains unchanged, or declines by 10% or less. Investors who purchase shares on the first day of the fund's Target Outcome Period and hold through expiration participate in gains up to the digital return cap, but do not benefit from gains beyond this predetermined limit. If the underlying index declines by more than 10%, the digital return is not paid. This strategy resets at the beginning of each new outcome period, with the buffer and digital return adjusted based on prevailing market conditions. The fund is designed for investors seeking defined outcome opportunities rather than unlimited upside potential in the U.S. equity market.
